CROWNS

Crowns don't have to appear dull, chalky, and have a dark line at the gum line. Metal-free ceramics, in combination with modern bonding adhesives, provide strong, durable, and beautiful teeth that rival nature.

Notice the final translucency, gradation of color, and invisible borders. Believe it or not, the margins (borders) are not under the gum line. This allows for superb gum health. I'm sure you have seen those unsightly crowns with the "black-line" effect as seen in the illustration above to the left. This does not happen with modern dentistry!

BRIDGES

With advancements in technology, a missing tooth can be replaced without a metal or metal substructure bridge. Either an implant based tooth or non-metal bridge can be placed that will rival nature. There is a significant aesthetic advantage to these newer approaches.

Filling the space of a missing tooth is more than plugging a hole, particularly when it comes to aesthetic dentistry. Color is important, but so is shape and form. The goal is to create an illusion of reality so that it is not apparent there was a tooth missing in the first place.
